Great location! The staff here are super accommodating. No complaints at all, had a really nice stay 😊.

Price and location

The rooms where not clean. We could hear voices all night from adjacent rooms. Had a very hard time adjusting the right water temperature of the shower. Overall I would never recommend this to anybody and will never stay at this place again.

What a pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble. A remarkable and nice hotel in South Lake Tahoe. Generally clean room with private bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Particularly helpful and best staff, comfortable beds. Central location, just a short walk away from Montbleu Resort. And near Close to Casinos, Starbucks and Lake and heavenly mountain.

There was hair in the bed. There are only two prong outlets in the entire room so charging a laptop is not possible. We were kept up all night by the people staying above us in a couple different rooms. The people at the front desk were initially nice but when we complained about the hair in the bed they said we will refund you now and you leave or stay and don't ask for a refund tomorrow. We had to argue with them just to give us clean sheets to remake the crappy bed.

I didn't have any problems when i stayed here and would stay here again if i needed too.

The motel is a little close to a busy street and there can be some vehicle noise but i did not have any problem sleeping.

The location was particularly good and excellent, within walking distance of Sun Art Gallery and just a max 15-minute walk to the lake. The hotel met our expectations.

We arrived late at night so the desk clerk said we could check out at noon at no extra charge. She was very friendly & wanted to make sure the room was acceptable. It was excellent for the price. The motel was within walking distace of many tourist activities.

This place is in a great location, very close to Raley's and within a short walk to big casinos, stores for shopping, the lake, and main attractions.

Staff was friendly, room was as clean as I expected it to be.

The carpets needed cleaning. The beds were old/uncomfortable. The decor was so out of date I took a picture and emailed it to friends with the text "LOL". The "window" was boarded up. The "breakfast included" meant a juice box and a danish from costco.

It was very non expensive.

The location was not very good. Many people passing by, wandering around, and the parking lot is right next to a very busy street. Didn't seem very safe. But once you're inside the room, you're fine.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a great area, short walk to food n fun activities around and the casino. The staff was amiable, efficient, and responded promptly to requests. Had essentials needed in the queen room, including a microwave and a refrigerator. The location was good and unbeatable, not too far from Harrah's Lake Tahoe.

The heater was off when we got to the room. We cranked the thermostat up to 75...after 2 hours of the heater going, the room had warmed to 55. We turned the heater to 90, it ran a bit and then shut off and would not come back on. We finally figured out that if you turn the thermostat all the way off and back up, it starts heating again, but will otherwise remain off. After another 2 hours I was finally not shivering. The shower was also low pressure and finicky. There was some hair in the sheets and comforter. The fridge froze our food. The walls are also quite thin.
